Reaching Communities with Care, Inside and Out
In Preah Sihanouk province, our peer responders partnered with local health departments to provide outreach and HIV testing to 132 incarcerated individuals because health is a right, even behind bars.
KHANA hosted a training on harm reduction and mental health for peer responders in Siem Reap on 6–7 August 2025, building stronger, safer, and more compassionate community responses.
