Enhancing Harm Reduction through Community Resilience in Southeast Asia
The Southeast Asia Harm Reduction Association (AHRA), with support from Expertise France, is seeking qualified consultants or teams to support regional harm reduction and public health advocacy under assignment no. 24SANIC862.
Scope: Develop a regional advocacy strategy and a comprehensive resource mobilization plan for harm reduction in Southeast Asia, with emphasis on gender equity, cross-border challenges, and sustainability.
Start Date: 1 October 2025

This consultancy will play a critical role in strengthening regional responses to HIV, TB, and substance-related health risks across the Mekong and Southeast Asia region.
